Wednesday's Domaine, Sanguine Alcohol Free Red Wine
This is a non-alcoholic red wine made from Tempranillo grapes in the La Mancha region in Spain. It is light-bodied and fruity, with notes of cranberry, raspberry, and red plum - reminiscent of a Beaujolais. The grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness, before being de-alcoholised and blended with other ingredients to maintain the body, flavours, aromas and complexity that can otherwise be lost when alcohol is removed. It's great for any occasion, especially for a mid-week glass to unwind.
Wednesday's Domaine produces alcohol-free wine that is made with the same care and attention as traditional wine but without the alcohol.
