Mineral-rich and slightly salty, this Riesling is also packed with notes of quince, lemon and stone fruit. Whole bunch pressing gives it lovely structure and tension in the body, whilst aging on the lees in amphorae for 14 months lends a beautiful waxy, honeyed note. Perfect refreshing wine from an up and coming producer.
