A complex and refreshing Pet Nat, or should we say Col Fondo? Whichever you prefer to call it, this is a delightful unfiltered fizz option with flinty, citrusy and floral aromas. On the palate it is flavourful and elegant, with nutty notes accompanied by flavours like pear (with skins), tea and minerals. Gorgeous with or without food.
