Savoury notes balance the juicy red fruit, and semi-carbonic maceration keeps it vibrant and lively. 8 months in old oak means this feels a touch more serious than the glou-glou styles of Gamay, but it's still extremely drinkable. Unfiltered and unfettered - just the good stuff.
