La Galoche Beaujolais, Domaine Saint Cyr
A light and fruity Gamay. Some earthy notes but plenty of berry flavours. Cherries, strawberries, baking spice, and a light fruit tartness. A delicious, joyful, and easy-to-drink Beaujolais.
Fourth-generation Vigneron Raphael Saint-Cyr took the reins in 2008 and converted the entire 23-hectare Domaine to certified organic, now it is the largest organic Domaine in Beaujolais. "La Galoche" is named after a small stream on the property.
