Fascinating Sauvignon Blanc from Waipara, NZ. This white has plenty of salinity, with citrus notes, herbs, some grassiness, and just a hint of flor (from the layer of flor yeast a la Fino Sherry), and a lovely orange peel character. The Hermit Ram Salty White is complex, creamy and, you guessed it, salty!
