Wednesday's Domaine, Piquant Alcohol Free White Wine
This is a non-alcoholic white wine that is crisp, clean and perfectly balanced, with hints of flinty minerality and bright citrus notes - perfect for any occasion. 100% Airen grapes from La Mancha in Spain are fermented and matured, before being de-alcoholised and blended with other ingredients to maintain the body, flavours, aromas and complexity that can otherwise be lost when alcohol is removed. It's great enjoyed chilled as an accompaniment to light meals and seafood, as well as on its own as an apéritif or mid-week wind-down.
Wednesday's Domaine produce alcohol-free wine that is made with the same care and attention as traditional wine, but without the alcohol. The wines are crafted from a range grapes grown and harvested in Spain, which are matured in stainless steel to develop their flavour before a gentle process is used to remove the alcohol without sacrificing their flavour. They are vegan and gluten free, and are perfect for people who are looking for a delicious and healthy alternative to alcoholic wine.
