Zanotto Wild Col Fondo

This lightly sparkling white is made using the traditional "Col Fondo" method, which involves fermenting the wine in the bottle on its lees (yeast). This gives it a characteristic complexity and flavour, as well as a longer shelf life. Made from organic Glera grapes from Veneto in Italy, this is something for those wanting to try something slightly different from your conventional supermarket Prosecco. Fermented for three to four days on its skins and then bottled without added sugar or sulfites, it re-ferments naturally creating a refreshing and flavourful dry wine that is perfect for enjoying on its own or with food.
