A high quality, clean and elegant cava from old vines. Despite spending more than two years on its lees, its aromas are surprisingly fresh and flowery. The palate is gently toasty, balanced by sweet peaches and a crisp, acidic finish. Rich but bright, with a soft silky mouthfeel.

Flavour profile
Crisp and refreshing, with fine bubbles and flavours of green apple, lemon zest, and almond blossom. There’s a gentle creaminess on the palate balanced by a mineral edge and lively acidity. Elegant but not too serious, it finishes dry and clean with a delicate, toasty note from extended ageing on the lees.
About Entre Vinyes winery
Entre Vinyes ("Between Vineyards") is a family producer in Penedès dedicated to organic and biodynamic practices. Created by Maria and Pep, a couple who started from scratch in 2012 after taking over some old vineyards, and have slowly built this project into a successful and experimental winery. Their Mediterranean vineyards embrace biodiversity and soil vitality without synthetic chemicals.
About Cava
Cava is Spain’s answer to Champagne: a sparkling wine made using the traditional method, where the second fermentation happens in the bottle. Unlike Champagne, it typically uses native Spanish grapes like Xarel·lo, Macabeo, and Parellada. Cava is known for its crispness, fine bubbles, and excellent value, and when made well (like this one), it offers real depth and elegance.
How to pair it
This Cava is incredibly food-friendly. Perfect with salty snacks like olives, almonds, and crisps, it also shines alongside seafood, sushi, fried foods, or light tapas.
