Court Garden Ditchling Quartet
A classic blend akin to a Champagne expression, made in Sussex. Primarily Pinot Noir, with small additions of Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. 6 months in old oak gives additional structure and a creamy texture. Lovely soft ripe fruit, and refreshing acidity for balance. Classy and refined.
