Made in the méthode traditionnelle and with Champagne yeast, this Pinot Noir is an excellent alternative to a classic Champagne. Delicate but rich, with apple skins and yeasty biscuity aromas. Soft, mousse-y texture, bone dry finish – very classy. Perfect for celebrations.
