Savagnin Le Gentil Blanc by Bornard is a white wine with good tension and a sharp finish with great salinity. The fermentation is spontaneous in steel tanks and the refinement takes place in 228 liter wooden barrels for about 12 months. An eclectic wine with a superb balance between softness and freshness. The wine is full bodied with flavours of apple, ripe peach, and biscuits.
