A blend of ramato-style Pinot Gris and Ovum's very own Big Salt, offering a deep orange hue and bold, savory flavors. The palate features gingery spice, and refreshing acidity underlines the structure leading to a crisp finish. Founded by Ksenija and John House in 2011, Ovum Wines aims to craft exceptional Oregon white wines that truly reflect the character of the grapes and their terroir. Specializing in Riesling, Gewürztraminer, and Muscat, Ovum has earned a reputation for producing some of the world’s finest white wines through natural, minimal intervention approaches both in and out of the vineyard.
