Smooth velvety pallet, ripe red fruit on the nose, subtle cherry, earthy with notes of pepper. Delightfully light and bouncy Pinot. Almost too easy to drink.
The wine is fermented in both stainless steel and barrel, with a cultured yeast strain that enhances the varietal characteristics. Aged for six months in French oak, this wine is light in filtration and fining, resulting in a clean and fresh finish.
