South Africa  Non-sulfite wines

Sulphur derivatives or sulphites occur in 99.9% of all wines in varying amounts, small amount is produced naturally by yeasts as a by product of the fermentation process itself. Compared on average to conventional wines, all certified organic and biodynamic wines contain lower levels of sulphites.

To help customers with a really ‘low sulphur’ choice, we are introducing a low level/no added sulphites category.
