Mira Sauvignon Blanc
A special Sauvignon Blanc from Moravia that is a joy to drink. Slightly cloudy, golden yellow in the glass, it's packed with aromas of exotic fruit like maracuja and pineapple, with a just a hint of grass. The palate is fresh, dry, and with lip-smacking acidity that keeps you drinking.
Originally a ballet teacher, Mire Nestarcová treats her 25 year old vineyard with all the grace you'd expect. The vines are allowed to grow freely, as they would in their natural habitat. Mira says that there isn't much human intervention in the vineyards, with no pruning done, the vines are touching the sky.
