Low-intervention fizz from Essex-grown Bacchus grapes in England. Dry, floral and creamy, this cloudy fizz balances notes of brioche with zesty citrus and minerals, plus a soft texture from five days of skin contact. It's very lively and will likely gush, so open it slowly over the sink!
Saddlegoose is a tiny project founded by Adam Collins, where he produces a very small number of bottles in Kent from organic growers across the country. Adam is passionate about the sustainability of Saddlegoose, so he only uses recycled bottles and label materials, as well as donates 5% of all proceeds to the British Waterfowl Association.
