Coola Hills Pinot Noir
A light and juicy Pinot Noir bursting with fresh red fruit. Give it some time in the fridge to see it work wonders in warm weather. Hand harvested grapes are destemmed and fermented with indigenous yeasts at low temperatures in open top stainless steel tanks. Aged in stainless steel and old 225L barrels. Unfined and unfiltered.
From winemaker Xavier Goodridge and Les Caves de Pyrene with an aim to create great value low intervention wines. Mount Gambier is historically a dairy farm region but is rapidly becoming on of Australia's most exciting wine growing regions. Volcanic soils and cooling breezes from the Southern Ocean.
