Crafted from old vines on stunning terroir, this organic, natural wine embodies depth, complexity, and balance. Wine with incredible richness and depth, with notes of dark fruits, pepper, and remarkable freshness that beautifully complements its full body. Aged for 24 months in old barrels.
Domaine Les Bruyères, in David's family since the 18th century, spans 20 hectares, with an additional 8 farmed organically alongside friends like Matthieu Barret. David began winemaking with his mother in 2000, converting to biodynamic practices by 2003.
