Light ruby red, fragrant with plenty of raspberries, cherries, and blood orange. The palate here is pretty intense with a fruit-forward approach, expect cranberries and fresh pomegranate, cloves, high acidity, and a long finish. A thunder juice! Give it a little chill before serving.
Frank Cornelissen is the godfather of the natural wine movement and Susacaru Etna Rosso is without a doubt some of his finest work. A wine you have to tick off the list!
Winemaker Frank Cornelissen is known for creating wines with lots of body and the kind of minerality you love to see from Mount Etna where his winery is located. He wants the natural expression of his grapes to shine through but with a solid body and texture.
