This is a blend named after the local winds, with berry notes for days and a healthy balance of Christmasy spice. The tannins are grippy and fairly dry. Despite that quality, it's not too heavy and has a lovely fresh finish. This is a warmer, more rounded option for staying cosy on cooler days.
