100% Sauvignon Blanc, processed in a stone egg. Some skin contact, which doesn't bring much colour but plenty of grip to add to the juicy fruit. Lots of refreshing mineral notes, stone fruit and subtle citrus, making this an easy-drinking but complex white.
The vineyard has been reclaimed by the Jewish family who still runs it, after it was lost twice: to WWII and then to the communist government. The current generation is invested in natural wines and biodiversity; particularly working with skin contact offerings and constant experimentation in their processes.
