A sparkling white wine full of explosive aromas of pineapple juice, green apple, grapefruit, and refreshing acidity. This unique unfiltered and no sulphur added Pet Nat is crafted from Moscato grapes with bold and complex flavours.
Francesco converted his family's farm to a humble winemaking facility (and by facility we mean a barn in the far reaches of rural Umbria), where he meticulously produces his natural, hand-crafted wines in almost impossibly small quantities.
