This is a Brut Nature, meaning no sugar is added during the winemaking process. The initial floral aromas give way to orchard fruits of apples, pears, and quince. Also present is a buttery and almondy element - think apple crumble! On the palate, the nutty notes continue and are balanced by the zippy acidity and limestone minerality.
Fantastic Blanc de Noirs from independent vigneron Marie Copinet, who grows, harvests, and bottles all the wines she sells herself.
