A rich, textured pet-nat from Itata Valley. Fruity and full of nice lemony acidity, as well as notes of honey and green herbs, it takes a spin on the style making it more food-forward. The grapes are hand harvested and foot-stomped old style, before fermenting with native yeasts the first time, and a second in the bottle, to give a gentle pétillance.
