ORGANIC (NON CERTIFIED) / LOW SULPHITE
Rose pet nat from vines over 60 years old from Itata Valley. Creamy and opulent, with notes of rhubarb, custard, and a little fruity acidity. The grapes are hand harvested and foot-stomped old style, before fermenting with native yeasts the first time, and a second in the bottle, to give a gentle pétillance.
