A harmonious blend of Grenache Blanc and Clairette, sourced from terraces rich in clay and limestone. Aromatic on the nose, with notes of white fruit. On the palate, it offers a vibrant combination of fruity juiciness, mineral depth, and full, intense flavours, rounded off with a refreshing finish and subtle bitters.
Fermented with wild yeasts, and bottled unfined and unfiltered, to retain its authentic character and properly showcase the terroir.
The Elodie Jaume estate is a family vineyard located in the heart of the Rhône valley, in the famous Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. This estate embodies a wine-growing tradition spanning several generations, where expertise and know-how are passed down with passion.
Elodie Jaume, who gives her name to the estate, is part of the new generation of winegrowers who combine modern techniques and respect for the terroir. She is often seen as a representative of a new wave in the world of wine, bringing a fresh perspective while promoting the artisanal methods inherited from her family.
