Red/white blend from Adelaide Hills, another juicy and lively expression from Gentle Folk. Semi-carbonic and whole bunch maceration for a balance of structure and delicate fruit notes. No additives whatsoever, just a clean, light red. Ridiculously gluggable, an ode to the quality of the site.
