This is the sweeter offering in the range with around 32 grams per litre of residual sugar. It's an intensely aromatic sparkling wine, full of ripe fruits, and well-balanced acidity. Rich and fruity with layers of sweet, juicy, berry notes. Perfect with any dessert.
Delavenne is an outstanding 4th generation, family-run grower based in Bouzy making elegant, organic, and vegan-friendly Champagnes exclusively from their Grand Cru vineyards. Minimal intervention and no malolactic fermentation means the wines are clean and lively with a distinct purity—32 g/litre dosage.
