Hugo is made in the traditional (champagne) method, from naturally grown grapes. It's rich and round, with amazing concentration and precision of citrus fruit with brioche notes from the lees aging. Top-notch English sparkling!
Hugo began this vineyard near Salisbury after a long journey growing grapes and tending old vines in France. Partnering with Dan from Offbeat Wines as his head winemaker, the duo is quite a force. Domaine Hugo is one to watch when it comes to English winemaking.
