A balanced and fun fizz, with white flowers and fruit on the nose. The palate opens those notes up even further, and maintains lovely acidity and fine bubbles. The four producers who make up Les Quatre are always in pursuit of making what they call 'French Wine Bar' style wines - accessible, elegant and drinkable.
