This wine is a re-imagination of a Ploussard from the Jura so you can expect a light to medium bodied wine, with delicate spices and some floral notes and plenty of red fruits and some plumps. The touch of white juice (from Clairette) brings a great freshness. Addictively tasty, fun and quite honestly very well executed.
Mas Coutelou is a winery where winegrower Jean Françoise Coutelou produces the most creative natural wines. Jeff, as he is better known, is a great advocate of natural winemaking, local varieties and organic farming, making him a true legend in the South of France.
