ORGANIC / VEGAN / NATURAL / NO ADDED SULPHITES
Refreshing Pet Nat for anytime drinking. Light in body and alcohol, with citrus, stone fruit and floral notes. The grapes are grown in Oxfordshire, but the wine is finished in the Offbeat cellar in the west country, where they press whole bunches gently and slowly to add texture. The wine is then fermented in steel, then bottled unfined, unfiltered and without any added sulphur.
