Orange Bacchus grown in Essex, with 21 days on-skins. It's ripe, with lovely apricot and yoghurt, without losing any aromatics. This is an elegant example of what orange wine can be - no farmyard or cidery qualities here.
Saddlegoose is a tiny project founded by Adam Collins, where he produces a very small number of bottles in Kent from organic growers across the country. Adam is passionate about the sustainability of Saddlegoose, so he only uses recycled bottles and label materials, as well as donates 5% of all proceeds to the British Waterfowl Association.
