Sokol Blosser Evolution Pinot Noir

This Oregon Pinot is bright with red and jammy fruits, cherry, and a hint of toasty oak. With notes of chocolate-covered cherries, rose petals, and a hint of baking spice. The palate is round and rich at first sip with some tannins which soften with acidity.
The Sokol Blosser duo Bill and Susan are pioneers of the Oregon natural wine scene, having grown grapes in the Dundee Hills since 1971 (long before Oregon was on the map as a wine region). They farm organically and champion sustainable practices throughout their winery: from re-using the grape pomace in their compost to relying on renewable energy and biofuel on the estate.
